Marine Monitoring Experience
We routinely undertake marine monitoring surveys throughout the UAE which are part of delivering Environmental Impact Assessment studies or ongoing monitoring for governmental agencies, potential construction areas, or on-shore industrial facilities.
Our staff have the expertise and proficiency to measure hydrographic conditions, (currents, water elevation, and waves) and sample sediments, water, and biota from our locally based and registered marine survey vessel. We are well established with a wide range of sampling equipment and sophisticated instrumentation to undertake monitoring surveys in the marine environment and in freshwater, brackish, and inshore-marine water bodies.

How we do it
Our marine monitoring services include:
- Collection and analysis of sediment samples and ambient, effluent and discharge water quality samples
- Collection, processing and analysis of water and sediment samples for ecological analysis (plankton and benthic in-fauna)
- Visual surveys of the marine environment using a number of techniques such as SCUBA, DDV, BRUVs and Towed Camera
- Interpretation of analysis results for all measured parameters
- Reporting in compliance with regional and international standards and guidelines
- Advice on any regulation exceedances and recommended mitigation or quality improvement methods.
